Provide fashion-focused customer service and styling guidance in the Women's Activewear department. Build lasting customer relationships, grow sales, and contribute to a productive team environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide knowledgeable product, style, and fit guidance.
- Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
- Meet personal sales goals and follow up with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
- Support the team and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
