Carpenter​/Handyman

General Contractor seeking Skilled Carpenter/Handyman for steady year round work. Must be able to work independently and be organized with approx. 5+ years of paid professional experience. Must have a broad skill set and experience across a range of residential and commercial repair. Must enjoy solving problems, variety, and helping people. Skills such as building maintenance, installation, carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, drywall repair, tile, light plumbing and electrical are desired.

The technician must be responsible, reliable, friendly, flexible, personable, and enjoy problem solving. The technician must be proactive, able to take ownership, take pride in their work, and provide quality results.

• Ability to focus on job scope, estimate time and material needs.
• Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Have a solid set of personal tools. Company will supply other tools, ladders and specialized tools.

• Must be friendly, enjoy people, and have a professional appearance.

Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
