• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for building relationships.
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring the stock room is accurately stocked and inventory is maintained.
• Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries.
• Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
• Maintaining the delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and completing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Performing other duties as needed.

• You work independently, enjoy driving safely, and engage with customers face to face.

• You are a student or retired and want a flexible schedule.

• Ability to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet), using a stool or ladder when necessary and stamina to stand, walk throughout the shift, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Skill in handling cash, charge transactions, and processing returns accurately.
• Experience maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups.
• Knowledge of inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps.
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
