Multiselect in Tilburg zoekt een projectcoördinator dagelijks onderhoud die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren van kleine bouwkundige werkzaamheden. Je behandelt alles van lekkende kranen tot verbouwingen en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van opdrachten.
Je werkt met diverse partijen zoals vaklieden en onderaannemers en je moet minimaal mbo 4 niveau bouw hebben. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte houding zijn cruciaal voor deze rol.
