TBV Wonen in Tilburg zoekt een Werkvoorbereider voor 36 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen, beoordelen en voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan woningen. Samen met collega’s zorg je voor efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.
Je moet een MBO-opleiding hebben gericht op onderhoud, met affiniteit voor bouwtechnische aspecten. TBV Wonen biedt een uitdagende functie met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
