In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en help je hen met vragen over producten en diensten. Je beheert klantcontact via telefoon en e-mail, en blijft professioneel en vriendelijk onder druk. Voldoende beschikbaarheid en uitstekende communicatie in het Nederlands zijn essentieel. Het team is enthousiast en werkt samen aan klanttevredenheid.
Een salaris tussen €15,- en €17,- bruto per uur wordt aangeboden.
