Medior Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Neoday | Tilburg

Your role

As a Medior Customer Success Manager, you are the bridge between our technology and our clients’ success. You guide retailers through the implementation and daily use of our loyalty platform, ensure strong adoption, and help them maximize results. You translate commercial goals into concrete actions and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation and adoption of the Neoday platform.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketing and retail teams at both operational and management levels.
  • Analyze data and present insights to clients through reports and QBRs.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, or optimization.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements together with the Product team.
  • Share successes and best practices internally to strengthen our collective impact.
What you bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultancy (preferably in SaaS or Retail Tech).
  • You speak the language of commercial teams and understand what drives retailers.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable working with data.
  • A proactive, energetic personality focused on collaboration and results.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
