Due to expansion of our team, we are looking for a ‘Customer Service Employee Logistics’ for our Tilburg office. In this full-time position you will be responsible for the daily management of a number of customers in our warehouse in Tilburg. The position falls within the Customer Excellence department. The Customer Excellence department consists of customer service, order desk and invoicing for the warehouse.

There are approximately 8 employees working in this department. You are responsible for the daily operational process with a focus on evaluating and monitoring customer progress, incidents and processes in the context of customer satisfaction. You are the lynchpin within the organization between operational and supporting departments and the customer. In addition, you interact with the customer to optimize the processes and results between the customer and Versteijnen.

Profile we have in mind:

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in similar position
• Is a team player
• Is customer-oriented and has good communication skills
• Enjoys dealing professionally with operational processes
• Likes to work independently
• ‘Hands-on’ mentality and stress resistant;
• Strong analytical skills
• MBO thinking and working level

What are your qualities?

• Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
• Oral expression skills in Dutch and English in word and writing
• Uses IT systems, has knowledge of logistics warehouse and transport processes
• Can manage situationally
• Maintains established company rules towards customers, but at the same time is tactful and considerate.
