Kwantum zoekt een enthousiaste Klantenservicemedewerker voor ons kantoor in Tilburg. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen over montage van vloeren en raamdecoratie via telefoon en e-mail.
Je werkt in een gezellig team van circa 50 collega’s. Je staat klanten vriendelijk te woord, blijft kalm bij drukte en denkt mee om passende oplossingen te bieden. Er is ruimte voor trainingen en professionele ontwikkeling.
