Work-on Uitzendbureau zoekt een customer service medewerker in Tilburg die dagelijks meerdere klanten helpt met slaaptherapie-apparatuur. Je belt en schakelt tussen systemen om snel het juiste antwoord te vinden, zonder medische achtergrond nodig te hebben.
Tijdens een uitgebreide inwerkperiode leer je de apparatuur en de medische kant kennen. Je werkt 32-40 uur per week, hebt minimaal een mbo-4 diploma en 2-3 jaar ervaring in complexe klantenvragen.
