Work-on Uitzendbureau zoekt voor een snelgroeiende softwareorganisatie in Tilburg een klantenservice medewerker. Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die verzendsoftware gebruiken en behandelt vragen via telefoon, e-mail en ticketsysteem.
Je werkt hybride: 3 dagen op kantoor in Tilburg en 2 dagen thuis. Je volgt een uitgebreid inwerktraject, trainingen en groeit stap voor stap in de rol. Een technische achtergrond en vloeiende Nederlands/Engels communicatie zijn gewenst.
