Autotaalglas Nederland zoekt een medewerker Customer Care om klanten telefonisch, via chat en e-mail te assisteren. Je verwerkt schades en vragen, levert accurate informatie en noteert klantgegevens zorgvuldig.
Er wordt 12–24 uur per week gewerkt met een flexibel rooster en mogelijkheden tot deels thuiswerk. De rol vereist een vriendelijke telefoonstem, zelfstandige werkaanpak en heldere communicatie in het Nederlands;
Engelse basistaal is een pluspunt.
