Functie-inhoud
Analyzing and correctly solving failures/problems of machines and systems at the customer's site.
Adapting and reworking machines is also part of the Senior Field Service Engineer's duties.
You act as the face of the company at the customer and advise on possibilities and improvements of our systems.
You are responsible for good communication between the customer and the company.
You ensure the customer is always satisfied.
Functie-eisen
Completed MBO or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in the machine manufacturing industry.
Experience solving machine failures and providing service to customers.
Good mastery of Dutch and English.
Not a problem to travel abroad frequently as a Senior Field Service Engineer.
Flexible, stress‑resistant team player who works customer‑focused.
You live in the Tilburg area.

Base salary between €2,700 and €5,330 gross per month.
