As a Product Industrialization Engineer, you are the link between R&D and manufacturing. You ensure a smooth transition from product design to production by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, production equipment, and automated test systems. You work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute directly to reliable, efficient, and future-proof manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with a strong focus on manufacturability, testing, and process reliability.
Drive the industrialization of new product designs and production test systems.
Develop, integrate, and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for subsystem validation and production testing.
Integrate ATE solutions with hardware, factory systems, and operator interfaces.
Troubleshoot and optimize production test environments to improve quality, stability, and efficiency.
Contribute to next-generation ATE platform improvements and standardization.
Coordinate equipment validation, pilot builds, and manufacturing ramp‑up activities.
Collaborate closely with software, hardware, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Support hands‑on hardware and software integration in manufacturing environments.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, NPI, or test engineering.
Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), automated testing, and production support.
Hands‑on experience with software and hardware integration in manufacturing environments.
Experience with LabVIEW and programming in a high‑level language.
Knowledge of process validation and quality methods such as (p)
FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, and SPC is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, quality‑driven, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
