Je adviseert en draagt bij aan de verbinding tussen sociaal beleid en de behoeften van inwoners in de gebieden West en Noord. Vereist is ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling binnen het sociaal domein, analitisch vermogen en een proactieve houding. Je moet veel op locatie en in wijken aanwezig zijn. Deze rol staat ook open voor ZZP-ers.
