GGz Breburg zoekt een betrokken persoonlijk begeleider voor 60+ patiënten op een gesloten unit in Tilburg. Je biedt zorg, observeert gedrag, en past verpleegkundige diagnostiek toe binnen een multidisciplinair team.
Je werkt 24-uurs zorg, realiseert behandelplannen en onderhoudt contacten met het netwerk. Ervaring in ouderenzorg of (somatische) zorg is een pré, met ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
