Elisabeth-Twee Steden Ziekenhuis (ETZ) zoekt een medewerker voor de MijnETZ Helpdesk. Je behandelt vragen van patiënten en collega’s, beheert e-mails en zoekt informatie uit in samenspraak met andere afdelingen. Je lost eenvoudige technische problemen op en escaleert complexere meldingen naar de tweede lijn.
Je ondersteunt bij Digi Punt-vragen in de centrale hal. De functie is gericht op 16 uur per week, met een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 12 maanden en uitzicht op vast dienstverband, onder FWG 35.
