- Borgen van klanttevredenheid en afgesproken service levels binnen de wereldwijde logistieke operatie
- Verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige, correcte en kostenefficiënte uitvoering van export- en importstromen
- Creëren van stabiliteit, structuur en continue verbetering binnen het team en de operatie
- Organiseren van teammeetings en sturen op KPI’s, performance en resultaten
- Intensief samenwerken met Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Scheduling, Quality en productie
- Fungeren als schakel tussen interne stakeholders en externe logistieke partners
- Bewaken van douaneprocessen, compliance en bijbehorende rapportages
- Beheren en optimaliseren van werkinstructies en procedures
- Initiëren en realiseren van verbetertrajecten en efficiencyprojecten
- Rapporteren van KPI’s en operationele prestaties richting management
