Keep logistics processes running smoothly as a Logistics Problem Solver in Tilburg
. In this role, you are the person who responds quickly whenever an issue arises at the cross‑dock. Whether it is a sorting error, a damaged shipment or missing documentation, you maintain oversight and ensure that the flow of goods keeps moving. In return, you will receive a gross hourly wage of up to €16.70, a shift allowance for night shifts and the opportunity to be taken over by the client.

You will be working for a logistics organization where the cross‑dock plays a central role in the flow of goods. Goods are transferred directly from incoming trucks to outgoing trucks, making speed and accuracy essential.

• Resolving sorting errors, missing documentation and damaged shipments
• Unloading incoming trucks
• Sorting goods for outbound transport
• Scanning and registering goods using handheld scanners and computer systems
• Checking shipments for quality and completeness
• Coordinating with Customer Service, Planning and Team Leaders to resolve bottlenecks quickly

• Gross hourly wage of €14.99 to €16.70
• 8.75% shift allowance for worked night shifts
• Travel allowance according to the client's collective labour agreement
• Pension accrual through Manpower
• Temporary employment contract through Manpower with the opportunity to be hired by the client
• Full‑time position of 40 hours per week
• Varied role with a high level of responsibility within the logistics process

You will work rotating shifts between 16:00 and 6:00.

• Experience with Excel
• Affinity with ERP or scanning systems
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Stress‑resistant attitude, strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to switch quickly between tasks
• Willingness to work irregular shifts
• Experience in logistics, preferably in a cross‑dock environment, is an advantage
