Job Description
As a sales assistant at TK Maxx you will join a close‑knit team that embraces diversity and prioritises customer satisfaction. Your daily routine may involve helping customers at the cash register, guiding them through the store, clearing and arranging merchandise, and ensuring the shop looks and feels welcoming.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchases, returns, and queries at the cash register.

Help customers locate items within the department store to create a pleasant shopping experience.

Maintain shop appearance, including merchandising, cleanliness, and organisation.

Participate in daily stock receiving and visual merchandising tasks.

Support team members to meet daily sales and service targets.

Qualifications

Positive, enthusiastic, and approachable attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Ability to stay calm and maintain a friendly demeanor during busy periods.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work varying shifts (8–12–16–20–25 hours).
