Work-on Uitzendbureau zoekt een operationeel leider die de dagelijkse winkel- en webshopoperatie overziet en direct ingrijpt waar nodig. Je stuurt een team van circa 30 collega’s aan, met 8–12 op de vloer op dagen, en bewaakt planning en orde in de logistiek.
De rol vraagt HBO-niveau, minimaal 4 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in retail of vergelijkbaar, en flexibiliteit (minimaal 2 zaterdagen per maand). Salaris 3.900–5.000 euro bruto per maand, 40 uur, plus korting en pensioen.
