Work-on Uitzendbureau zoekt een operationele bedrijfsleider die winkel en webshop samen laat groeien. Je stuurt een team van circa 30 collega's aan en bewaakt planning en personeelsinzet tussen klanten in de winkel en online bestellingen.
Je brengt HBO werk- en denkniveau, minimaal 4 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een grote retailorganisatie en weet het team te motiveren en te binden. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt op lange termijn mee en geeft richting aan continue verbetering.
