Domus Tilburg is op zoek naar een Persoonlijk Begeleider om ondersteuning te bieden aan mensen in beschermd wonen. Je hebt een MBO-4 diploma en affiniteit met onze multiproblem doelgroep.
Je werkt nauw samen met deelnemers aan hun herstelplannen en biedt emotionele steun. Op jouw werkdagen staan flexibiliteit en observatie centraal.
