Stichting Sterk Huis zoekt een Jeugd- en Gezinsprofessional C voor de locatie Tilburg. Je begeleidt jongeren van 16-24 jaar met opvoedings- en jongvolwassenheidsvraagstukken en werkt aan zelfstandig wonen met een integrale aanpak binnen een 24/7 rooster.
Je rapporteert aan de teamleider en werkt samen in een hecht team, met aandacht voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Salarisschaal 8, met 36 uur per week volgens CAO Jeugdzorg .
