Team Lead Warehouse

Do you get energized by leading a team of motivated warehouse employees? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and would you like to contribute to an efficient operation at our beautiful location in Son en Breugel?

As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for a several small customers and managing small team in dynamic operations across 9 warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and issue resolution. You identify bottlenecks and irregularities and report them when necessary.

You’ll manage both fixed and flexible staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, planning, and monitoring.

Together with Coordinator, you’ll drive continuous improvements and ensure operational targets are met.

• Coaching, evaluating and developing team members within their department and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, all in line with HR policies.
• Motivating your team to consistently deliver high-quality output and contribute to process improvements.
• Managing KPI’s and making sure your team meets set performance targets.
• You perform administrative tasks to support operations and handle general duties.
