Your challenge:

As a Warehouse Worker at GXO, you may be deployed in various departments within the warehouse. Examples include inbound items, order picking, packing, inventory, or outbound items.

This ensures that no two days are the same and gives you the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the logistics process runs smoothly and that orders reach the customer on time. You will work in a modern environment where teamwork, quality, and safety are top priorities.

No previous experience is required for this position. We welcome motivated candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills on the job. You will start with comprehensive two-day training to familiarize yourself with all the tasks. This allows you to work with confidence and continue your professional development within the company.

GXO Logistics is one of the world's largest logistics companies. At the Tilburg location, you’ll work in a clean and modern warehouse with colleagues from many different nationalities.

Safety, teamwork and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The location is easily accessible by car from Tilburg, Breda, Oosterhout, Etten-Leur, 's-Hertogenbosch and Rijen.

• You are in good physical condition.
• You have a good command of English at a minimum B1 level, allowing you to understand
• instructions, communicate clearly, and handle basic professional conversations with confidence.
• You have your own transport and accommodation.
• You are eligible to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and can provide the required documentation when requested.
• You are available for work from Monday through Saturday and have a flexible attitude towards scheduling and working hours.
• You can work Full-time for 40 hours in a week

You will work a two-shift schedule:

• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:45
• Week 2: 15:15 – 00:00

• Salary starting at €14.99 per hour
• Shift allowances in the evening
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer (up to a maximum of €9.20 per day)
