The Opportunity

Ever wanted to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility? We’re offering a rare opportunity to lead production operations at exactly that; our brand new, state-of-the-art cement grinding terminal in the Port of Tilbury.

As the Production Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in a 24/7 operation. Leading a team of Supervisors across a plant that’s been designed to have the latest tech throughout, where you’ll be supplying cementitious materials into construction projects across the South East and beyond.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the production team. Leading not only general production but also supporting the team's growth and development onsite.

Who you are

You’re a proven production leader with experience in the cement industry or heavy processing environments, and you're motivated by the opportunity to help build something exceptional from the ground up.

You thrive in complex, fast-paced operations and are comfortable working in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

You’re excited by the prospect of shaping operational routines, culture, and systems at a brand-new, high-tech facility, not just maintaining performance but embedding it.
