The position is based in West Thurrock. This is a fixed‑term contract with the opportunity to move to a permanent role. The working hours are 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (22.5 hours per week).

£12.21 per hour.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure guest needs are addressed efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive throughout the guest journey; answer questions and resolve concerns amicably.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and support an inclusive, safe working environment.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and any site‑specific food service or catering guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

• Passion for food and/or customer service.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Ability to adapt to challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
