Job Description :
LOGISTICS CLERK / Admin requiredWe are currently recruiting a Logistics Clerk to support busy port‑centric operations, working with import goods in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Role OverviewYou will play a key role in coordinating port‑centric freight movements, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication with ports, hauliers, and internal teams, and maintaining high operational standards.
Shift Patterns (Monday Friday)- 06:00‑14:00
- 08:00‑16:00
- 10:00‑18:00
£27,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Processing and managing port‑centric logistics documentation
- Liaising with ports, shipping lines, hauliers, and warehouse teams
- Monitoring container movements and delivery schedules
- Updating transport and logistics systems accurately
- Handling queries and resolving operational issues efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with customs, port, and company policies
