Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established transport and logistics business, for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager. This role requires strong operational leadership, excellent organisational skills, and essential experience using Clarus warehouse management software.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a fast-paced pallet and distribution warehouse, ensuring efficient loading, accurate stock control, operational safety, and seamless communication with Transport, Admin, and Customer teams.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Warehouse Operations
- Lead all inbound and outbound pallet operations.
- Manage warehouse staff, including shift planning, performance monitoring, and training.
- Oversee loading / unloading of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organised warehouse areas at all times.
- Clarus WMS Management (Essential)
- Operate and manage all warehouse processes through Clarus.
- Ensure all stock movements, pallet scans, inbound receipts, and despatch activities are recorded accurately.
