Overview
Salary - £14.35 per hour (including banked hours payment) - Up to £31,337 per annum. There is a site bonus scheme that can increase earnings by an additional £2.50 per hour, up to £5,500 per annum. Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing.
Responsibilities- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the chilled warehouse.
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
- Able to work to targets within a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work within a warehouse environment.
- Conscientious and reliable nature.
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Shift - 4 on 4 off DAYS (06:00-18:00).
- This role works on a Banked Hours contract.
- Free transport from Tilbury Town Station once employed.
