Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics operation in Tilbury, working on a permanent night shift, Monday to Friday.

This is a hands-on warehouse role working as part of a busy team. The role will involve handling inbound and outbound goods, preparing deliveries and ensuring products are accurately scanned, picked and packed.

Key Responsibilities

* Unloading lorries and processing inbound deliveries

* Loading lorries ready for customer deliveries

* Picking and packing orders accurately

* Scanning products using warehouse scanning systems

* Checking goods and ensuring stock is handled correctly

* Processing and dealing with returned goods

* Moving stock around the warehouse

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

* Following all health & safety and warehouse procedures

* Carrying out manual handling duties, including heavy lifting

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)

* Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting

* Be reliable and punctual

* Have good attention to detail

Monday to Friday, 21:00 – 06:00
