Scaffold Estimator​/Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, luxury nursing and dementia care home in South-West London.

The home is well regarded locally and nationally, recognised by regulators for delivering high-quality care and praised by families for its warm, person-centred approach.

• Leading and inspiring a large team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care
• Maintaining excellent compliance/includes regulatory and company standards
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Driving occupancy and ensuring effective budget management
• Recruiting, retaining, and developing a skilled and motivated staff team
• Creating a culture of openness, empowerment, and continuous improvement

• Minimum 4 years' experience in elderly care, including at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing occupancy and budgets
• A compassionate approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care

Salary £75,000 - £80,000 PA plus benefits package
