As a Plant Engineering Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Utilize experience to sustain a flexible insulation mill supporting customers in EV and Industrial Markets
• Supervise Facilities Engineers and Technicians assigning work and monitoring progress
• Plan and manage equipment maintenance and repair
• Support capital improvement project execution with local resources
• Apply mechanical trade knowledge as a technical resource to Plant Management and EHS team members
• Drive site toward Preventive and Predictive Maintenance systems

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Associates’ degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of heavy industrial manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Ten (10) years of plant engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include: use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP ERP applications;
  Project Management experience and team supervisory history

• On-site Tilton, NH
• Travel:
  May include up to 10% domestic/international
• Relocation:
  May be authorized
