Salary and ScheduleBase pay range: $33.74/hr - $66.07/hr
Direct Care & Nursing Stipend up to $25.00/week
Additional Hourly Differentials: $4.00 - 2nd shift; $7.00 - 3rd shift; $2.00 - weekends
Proposed schedules include 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am); every other weekend.

Location:
New Hampshire Veterans Home, 139 Winter St, Tilton, NH 03276
- RN I:
Apply nursing process in evaluation, care, and implementation of treatment plans; observe, record, and report resident status; coordinate with treatment team; perform specialized nursing tasks; assist with treatment plans and therapeutic activities; supervise and train auxiliary staff; ensure CPR competency. - RN II:
Apply nursing process to evaluate and implement treatment plans; monitor and modify plans based on patient response; coordinate with health care providers; supervise RN I and less-skilled staff; perform medication dispensation and equipment management; support therapeutic activities; prepare residents for examinations; maintain CPR competency. - RN III:
Develop and implement individualized care plans with Nursing Supervisor; delegate to professional and auxiliary staff; manage medications and equipment; monitor outcomes and communicate with care planning teams; write annual nursing assessments and monthly summaries; mentor staff and participate in orientation; maintain CPR competency.
RN I
- Education:
Graduation from a recognized nursing program with clinical experience in medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatric nursing. - Experience:
Experience is limited to that required for registration. - License/Certification:
Current NH Registered Nurse license.
RN II
- Education:
Graduation from a recognized nursing program with relevant clinical experience. - Experience:
One year's RN experience in a residential, nursing home, long-term care facility, or similar setting. - License/Certification:
Current NH Registered Nurse license.
RN III
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field, or Associate’s degree with related experience. - Experience:
One year RN experience (or two years with Associate’s degree) in residential/long-term care. - License/Certification:
Current NH Registered Nurse license; CPR certification; certification in psychiatric/mental health nursing, gerontological nursing, wound care, or related specialty.
