The Sales Associate provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail store. The role promotes the brand experience, builds customer relationships, and contributes to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and delivering an experience aligned with brand expectations.
- Support company initiatives, participate in team training, and use digital and alternative shopping tools to help customers discover and purchase products.
- Build customer relationships and provide management with feedback on successes, opportunities, and category needs.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
