As part of the Business Office team, you'll verify, correct, and collect charges while assisting with any inquiries related to billing from patients and other stakeholders. You’ll need to be adept in Microsoft Excel and Word while maintaining a detail-oriented approach to ensure precision in financial documentation. Your duties will also encompass supporting various office tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process charges for services rendered
• Send billings to various guarantors and customers
• Collect delinquent accounts consistently
• Address patient billing inquiries promptly
• Support daily balancing of cash and deposits
Requirements:
• College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent accuracy in data entry and processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
