As a Manager on the Indigenous Ease Services team, you will leverage your knowledge to partner with over 250 Indigenous groups.

Your role will involve creating tailored training materials, guiding organizations in accounting processes, and facilitating audit readiness. By connecting with funding agencies, you will ensure your clients have the resources needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to optimize their accounting processes

• Train teams on daily financial tasks and strategies

• Organize documentation for audit compliance

• Collaborate with funders for accurate reporting

• Mentor team members and share feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in accounting or bookkeeping

• CPA or CAFM credential preferred

• Strong understanding of financial processes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with Indigenous communities an asset
