Position: Contract Finance Clerk with NEOFACS
Seek a Finance Clerk role at NEOFACS for a 14-month full-time contract. Engage in various accounting transactions, including payroll and accounts payable while supporting your colleagues.

In this contract position, you’ll join North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services and be responsible for initiating diverse, moderately complex accounting processes. Candidates should possess a college diploma in Business – Accounting or Office Administration, alongside relevant experience in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute payroll processes with precision

• Handle accounts payable and receivable effectively

• Coordinate purchasing and travel activities

• Provide necessary backup for other clerks

• Ensure accurate software entries and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or similar preferred

• Minimum two years of relevant experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Bilingualism (English/French) is advantageous

• Required to have a G driver’s license and vehicle access
