Maîtrisez Excel et les logiciels comptables comme commis aux finances à temps plein, dans n’importe quel bureau des SFENEO.
Ce poste contractuel de quatorze mois convient à une personne ayant une expérience en comptabilité et une solide organisation. Vous effectuerez des transactions comptables modérément complexes, notamment en paie, comptes créditeurs, comptes débiteurs, achats et voyages. Une formation polyvalente vous permettra de soutenir les autres commis aux finances.
Responsabilités clés :- Amorcer le processus de transactions comptables diversifiées
- Effectuer des transactions comptables modérément complexes
- Traiter les tâches liées à la paie
- Gérer les comptes créditeurs et débiteurs
- Soutenir les autres commis après une formation polyvalente
- Diplôme collégial en administration des affaires – comptabilité
- Au moins deux ans d’expérience en comptabilité
- Expérience avec des logiciels de comptabilité informatisés
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Excel
- Capacité à gérer la pression et des délais serrés
Votre expérience comptable, votre maîtrise d’Excel et votre organisation soutiendront les opérations financières des SFENEO pendant ce contrat.
