Use Microsoft Excel and accounting software as a Finance Clerk supporting NEOFACS through a 14-month full-time contract at any NEOFACS location.
This Finance Clerk position handles moderately complex accounting transactions across several finance functions. You will support payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and travel duties. Cross-training prepares you to provide full backup to other Finance Clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate processes for moderately complex accounting transactions
- Complete payroll duties and related accounting transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Handle purchasing and travel duties
- Provide full backup to other Finance Clerks
- College diploma in Business Accounting and two years’ accounting experience
- Office Administration diploma with three years’ accounting experience considered
- Experience using computerized accounting software programs
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines
