Become a vital part of Ontario Health atHome as a Full-Time Team Assistant. In this role, you will support Care Coordinators and enhance patient care through effective administration.
As a Full-Time Team Assistant, you will assist in ensuring patients receive comprehensive, connected care. Your responsibilities include providing clerical support, managing patient records, and handling high volumes of inquiries. This role is pivotal to our commitment to accessible patient-centered care within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Care Coordinators
• Process referrals and manage patient records
• Maintain high volumes of patient data accurately
• Answer and refer patient inquiries efficiently
• Provide backup support to other positions
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma
• Relevant clerical support experience required
• Proficient in database software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Advanced proficiency in English and French is essential
