At Discovery Silver, the Longhole Loader will play a pivotal role supporting production activities in Timmins. Responsibilities include performing underground construction, operating various mining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates must be equipped with the relevant experience and licenses for successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute timbering and other underground construction duties

• Set up and maintain air and water piping systems

• Operate underground mobile equipment effectively

• Clean longhole stopes and achieve operational goals

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required for applicants

• A minimum of five years mining experience, including three in construction

• Valid certifications to operate mobile equipment

• Must hold an Underground Common Core Certificate

• Proficiency in mining prints and safety procedures
