Responsibilities
Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in planning and implementing schedules, material quantities, inspections, equipment, and project requirements.
Monitor overall project performance, including schedule, costs, manpower, materials, equipment utilization, maintenance, and quality control.
Assist in maintaining and analyzing up‑to‑date cost reports and submit required changes to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Identify potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving issues.
Stakeholder, Team & Communication ManagementInterface with project teams, subcontractors, and related third parties to support coordinated project execution.
Meet with Owners and Consultants and communicate effectively to represent the concerns and best interests of the company.
Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are followed.
Documentation, Site Oversight & Safety CompliancePrepare project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical documents.
Monitor and inspect project sites to maintain a safe work environment.
Provide leadership to ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
Position Requirements- 2+ years of construction experience.
- Experience on MTO road construction projects is desired.
- Exposure to all aspects of road and bridge building.
- Results-driven with an ability to deliver success in a fast-paced environment.
- Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.
- Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives.
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrate versatility and resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges.
Expected Base Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
