Join Discovery Silver as a Project Coordinator and oversee capital project execution at the Pamour Operation in Timmins, Ontario. Your coordination efforts will ensure safe work and operational success.
In this pivotal role, you will manage project activities, acting as the main liaison among contractors and internal teams. Focused on safe practices and regulatory compliance, you will track project performance and handle daily inspections. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor field progress against project schedules
• Facilitate project coordination meetings effectively
• Support QA/QC activities and inspections
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Ensure timely communication of critical updates
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mining, Construction, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in surface mining or project coordination
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Deswik is an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
