Position:
Construction Miners - Multiple Projects (Various Sites across the Timmins Camp)
Rotation: 7/7, 14/14, 4/5/5/4
Shift: 10 - 12 Hour shifts, depending on the site schedule
Wage: $54.99 - $70.00
Potential Renumeration: KPI Bonus – Referral Bonus

The Role
As a Construction Miner at Dumas, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining underground infrastructure critical to mine operations. This includes installing ground support, shotcrete, ventilation systems, and mine services. You’ll work in challenging underground environments, ensuring safety and quality while supporting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of underground construction tasks such as shotcreting, cement work, and installation of ventilation walls and ducts.
- Install and maintain mine services (air, water, pumping systems).
- Build and maintain underground infrastructure (refuge stations, storage areas, ventilation doors).
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Dumas and site-specific safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment, reporting all issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet all targets.
- Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.
- Ontario Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core with Specialty Modules in Construction (or provincial equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of underground mining construction experience.
- Ability to work in physically demanding and confined environments.
