Caron Equipment is seeking a Surveying Services Supervisor to lead and enhance surveying operations. This full‑time, permanent role requires understanding of surveying principles, drafting software and strong leadership abilities. In this pivotal position, you will oversee daily field operations, manage survey crews, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all surveying operations daily
- Supervise the drafting tasks and field verifications
- Provide mentorship and allocate tasks to survey crews
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Plan fieldwork and manage equipment for efficiency
- Diploma or degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years' surveying experience in relevant sectors
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient with GPS and surveying software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
