Underground Surveyor Position Camp

Join Dumas as an Underground Surveyor at the West Cache Gold Project in Timmins. This role on a 14/14 rotation combines technical expertise with hands-on surveying responsibilities.

As an Underground Surveyor, you’ll work under the Project Superintendent to provide accurate surveying support for construction and production. This position requires proficiency in various software and the ability to read mine plans while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining detailed records and supporting operations effectively. This is a unique chance to leverage your mining experience in an impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily underground surveys for construction projects

• Update and maintain detailed survey records and plans

• Distribute accurate survey plans to team members

• Support production meetings with technical data

• Operate required underground and surface vehicles

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of survey experience in underground mining

• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel, A-Mine, and Deswik

• Must have Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and mine plans

• Outstanding safety record and commitment to best practices
