As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers in coordinating industrial, mining, and commercial projects. You will assist in maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination
• Maintain project files and documentation consistently
• Track project progress and milestones effectively
• Prepare RFIs, Submittals, and Purchase Orders
• Coordinate site supervisors and subcontractors seamlessly
Requirements:
• Diploma in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 2+ years of project coordination experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite essential
• Valid Class G Driver’s License for site visits required
