Position: Estimator for Infrastructure Projects
Join Green Infrastructure Partners as an Estimator focused on critical infrastructure projects. You will interpret drawings, prepare tenders, and ensure cost accuracy to support our construction efforts.

As an Estimator at GIP, you'll leverage your civil engineering degree and at least 5 years in construction in this impactful role. Key skills involve interpreting specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating subcontractor bids. Your contributions will enhance project controls and foster client relationships while guiding junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret drawings and specifications accurately

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs

• Formulate comprehensive cost estimates for labor and materials

• Review and analyze subcontractor proposals

• Maintain active tender files and submissions

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience

• Proficiency with InEight Estimate or similar platforms

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Strong skills in MS Office and estimating software
